Benny Blanco isn't stepping out with his same old look.

After all, the "Eastside" musician (real name Benjamin Levin) shocked fans once again with his unapologetic style when he showed off his new half-shaved hairstyle in a new social media video.

"Oh my God," Blanco—who wore a black T-shirt and multiple gold necklaces—began in the June 21 TikTok video of him walking around outside. "Hey guys, how're you doing? I'm just a guy with a new head of hair."

The 38-year-old admitted that the bold look was simply a method to spotlight his upcoming self-help guide F*ck Failure, writing over the video, "Pov: u just shaved half ur head so people buy ur book."

As for whether he really did shave his head? When Blanco and longtime friend Lil Dicky had a conversation on Complex's Goat Talk YouTube segment June 18, some users noted that it seemed like the edge of what could be a baldcap was lifting by his ear. Blanco, however, has neither confirmed nor denied speculation.

Nonetheless, Blanco—who tied the knot with Selena Gomez in September—has never shied away from trying out a new look. In fact, he previously parted ways with his unibrow in March 2025, captioning a video of him having the hair removed, "I plucked my eyebrows."

And while Gomez has supported the producer's transformations, she also has always wanted him to remain true to himself. As she told the groomer while Blanco got his eyebrows done, "Do it light because I love him."

Indeed, Gomez has continuously proven that she's Blanco's biggest fan, especially amid ongoing discourse about her husband's looks and hygiene. After Blanco sparked controversy with his dirty feet in February, she wrote on her Instagram Story with a video of them kissing, "I fall more and more in love with you every day."

Because for Gomez, 33, having Blanco by her side has been better than any love song, baby.

"I think it's so important to equally have anyone around you, especially a partner, who understands where your values are and what's important to you," she told Entertainment Tonight in October. "I know what matters to him. He knows what matters to me. We're just there for each other."
