Taylor Swift Supports Travis Kelce at Tight End University Kickoff Party Ahead of Wedding
Fans saw the lights, the party, the ball gowns, and saw Taylor Swift make her way through the crowd.
The Grammy winner treated attendees of Travis Kelce’s annual Tight End University opening night bash—this year presented by Sports Illustrated and Reese’s—with a surprise performance of her song “Love Story” alongside event headliner Lainey Wilson.
Indeed, the crowd roared when Swift strutted onto the stage in a black gown with a glittering silver hem, cheering even louder as the first chords of Swift’s Fearless track. She and Wilson proceeded to duet the song, which Swift originally released in 2008 when she was just 18 years old.
The performance, however, was not just special for its surprise nature. The June 23 event—which featured the tight ends invited to the annual training event and their friends and family—also marked the first time the Life of a Showgirl artist performed the romantic track since Kelce popped the question in summer 2025.
It’s why, when she sang the lyric, “He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring,” Swift flashed her diamond sparkler to the roaring crowd.
This is the “Opalite” singer’s second appearance at Tight End University, which Kelce founded five years ago alongside George Kittle and Greg Olsen to help foster tight end talent within the NFL and bring players together. Similarly, at the 2025 event, she performed “Shake It Off” alongside Kane Brown.
But with her and Kelce’s nuptials rumored to be going down any day now, the NFL star’s peers are just happy they took the time to be at this year’s event.

As Kittle told People of Swift on June 23, “She's just such an awesome person to give us her time this close to their wedding. So, we're just so thankful that they're here.”
More than anything, the San Francisco 49ers player is grateful for how down-to-earth Swift is.
“She's just hanging out, talking to my mom,” he added. “Shoutout Taylor for talking to my mom again. But she's just so kind, and it's awesome to have her around."
Kittle, in addition to confirming he and wife Claire Kittle had indeed scored an invite to the wedding, also revealed he asked Kelce about whether the rumors that he and Swift were tying the knot at Madison Square Garden were true.
“I asked Travis last night,” he told ET after confirming he and his wife didn’t know the location yet. “And he laughed at me.”
But while Kelce and Swift are remaining tight-lipped about the locale for their wedding, here’s everything we know about the speculation.
