
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has issued Proclamation No. 1336 declaring July 4, Saturday, a special non-working day in the municipality of San Julian, Eastern Samar, in celebration of its founding anniversary.
“It is but fitting and proper that the people of the municipality of San Julian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration,” the proclamation read.

The document was signed by Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, by the authority of Marcos, on July 2.
