Russia’s Mnogotochiye rounds can shoot down enemy drone with first shot — Rostec

MOSCOW, July 3. /TASS/. A Mnogotochiye assault rifle cartridge produced by High Precision Systems Holding Company (part of the state technology corporation Rostec) can down an enemy FPV drone with the first shot, Rostec demonstrated in its ‘Nash Krash’ (‘Our Crash’ Test) engineering project.

During the test, the presenter hit a drone with an attached soda bottle to visualize the damage with the first shot. "We switch to single-shot firing mode and try to hit it. And we hit it with the first shot!" the presenter said.

As was demonstrated in the test project, with the very first shot, three bullets in a cartridge pierced the soda bottle, the drone’s blade, and its action camera.
