Madison Square Garden looks like it’s hosting the Met Gala as stars have descended on the iconic New York City venue in droves for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s nuptials, which is already being billed as the wedding of the century.
Though the couple has not officially confirmed they are tying the knot Friday night, all signs point to yes. And the scene is tightly secured by officers from the New York Police Department and barricades and curtains erected for guests to maintain privacy as they enter the Garden. But views of the starry attendees have been popping up all over the city. Per reports, paparazzi photos and live streams outside the venue, the star wattage is high with a number of boldfaced names spotted on the scene or en route to MSG while wearing black-tie ensembles from the worlds of sports, music, Hollywood and more.
Here’s who The Hollywood Reporter has rounded up so far: Bradley Cooper and girlfriend Gigi Hadid, Jason Sudeikis, Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry Seaborn, Jessica Chastain, Dakota Johnson, Benson Boone, Hugh Grant and wife Anna Eberstein, Selena Gomez, Kelsea Ballerini, MGK, Camila Cabello, Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner, Ethan Hawke and wife Ryan, Zoë Kravitz, Mike Vrabel and wife Jen, Chiefs star Kareem Hunt, Jack Antonoff, Mariska Hargitay and her husband, Peter Hermann, Haim sisters, Lena Dunham, Chainsmokers stars Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, Erin Andrews, Charissa Thompson, Ross Travis, soccer star Abby Wambach and author wife Glennon Doyle, L.A. Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and wife Kelly, stand-up star, Golden Globes host and passionate Swiftie Nikki Glaser, Ellie Goulding, George Stephanopoulos, Aaron Dessner, Julianne Moore, George Kittle and wife Claire, Eric Stonestreet, longtime best friend Abigail Anderson, San Francisco 49ers star Kyle Juszczyk and wife Kristin, Seattle Seahawks star Cooper Kupp, Graham Norton, Joe Buck and wife Michelle Beisner-Buck, Barbara Corcoran, Jenny Han, Tommy Hilfiger, The Chicks, Sombr, Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Saturday Night Live breakout Marcello Hernandez, and more. Also spotted leaving her Manhattan hotel was Swift’s longtime publicist Tree Paine.
Friday night’s main event follows a rehearsal dinner held Thursday evening that reportedly hosted upwards of 100 people inside MSG’s Infosys Theater. Among those spotted on their way to the dinner were Selena Gomez, Jack Antonoff, Bradley Cooper and Lena Dunham. According to paparazzi pics, guests left the dinner with black velvet monogrammed boxes that contained a parting gift: diamond-embellished champagne flutes.
The entire affair is also reportedly being planned by low-profile yet A-list creative event planner Mark Seed, who has plenty of experience with high-profile nuptials. Per reports, Seed and his team have spearheaded plans for such stars as Jennifer Lawrence (who married Cooke Maroney at the Belcourt of Newport mansion in Rhode Island in 2019) and Billie Lourd (who married Austen Rydell on the beach in Cabo San Lucas in 2022). But the key Swift connection is the fact that Seed planned the wedding of longtime collaborator and close friend Antonoff, who married actress Margaret Qualley in New Jersey in 2023. Swift got an eyeful of what Seed was able to produce as she reportedly attended the wedding, as did fellow stars like Channing Tatum, Kravitz, Cara Delevingne and Lana Del Rey.
In other Swift-Kelce wedding news, in advance of the wedding weekend, the couple confirmed that they donated a whopping $26 million to various charities, many of them based in New York City and said to be hand-picked by them to generate the most amount of good for causes they care about.
