US fans expressed disappointment after Belgium defeated the co-hosts 4-1 in Seattle to reach the World Cup quarter-finals.

Speaking after the match, several US supporters said they were devastated by the defeat but acknowledged Belgium had been the better team. Others said they remained proud of the national team's performances throughout the tournament despite the disappointing exit.
