
CALASIAO, Pangasinan – Twenty-two of Pangasinan’s 44 towns have suspended classes at all levels on Friday due to rains wrought by Typhoon Inday.
Three of the four cities – Alaminos, Urdaneta, and Dagupan – did not suspend classes, while San Carlos City still proceeded with morning classes before students from kindergarten to senior high school were sent home at noon.

In a rainfall advisory, the Pangasinan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said light to heavy rain will affect the towns of Aguilar, Binmaley, Bugallon, Dasol, Infanta, Lingayen, Mangatarem, and San Carlos City. The same condition is also expected to affect the rest of Pangasinan./coa
