RHOC’s Emily Simpson Shares Update on Son Luke’s Health Struggles
Jennifer Pedranti's son is learning a valuable lesson.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star—who shares kids Harrison, 22, Dawson, 19, Greyson, 16, Everleigh, 14, and Dominic, 12, with ex-husband William Pedranti—spoke out, confirming one of her sons is connected to a seven-acre fire in Southern California.
"I would like to clear up the rumblings of my son having involvement in the Ladera Ranch fire," Jennifer—who didn't specify which son she was referring to—wrote on her Instagram Stories July 9. "He and others were involved. My ex-husband and myself take this very serious. This behavior is unacceptable and we are deeply sorry to our community. This is a tough learning moment for our son and our family."
“We were so thankful there was no property damage and nobody was hurt," she continued. "The fire and police were absolutely amazing and gave these boys a lesson they will never forget."
The 49-year-old—who is engaged to Ryan Boyajian—went on to note that her son will face ramifications for his actions, even if they aren't with law enforcement.
"There were no arrests made, but consequences for actions are being put into place," Jennifer said. "He will be taking a fire safety course to make sure a mistake like this never happens again. There are consequences within our family and we will make sure our son learns from this accident."
The Orange County Fire Authority confirmed on social media that firefighters had responded to a "vegetation fire" in the early evening of July 7, successfully holding the fire "to just seven acres" following a "coordinated ground and air response that quickly stopped the fire."

The organization added that the fire had "been declared under control" and noted that first responders were able to contain it "before it reached the homes" in the surrounding area.
Jennifer's confirmation of her son's involvement came the same day that she also shared her son Greyson had previously been given a $700 ticket after being pulled over for speeding.
"Greyson got pulled over the other day," she told costar Emily Simpson on the season 20 premiere of The Real Housewives of Orange County, which aired July 9. "And I said, 'Wait, wait. Grey, how fast did they pull you over for?' 105. I lost my mind, like inappropriately. I was cussing. I was like, 'What the f--k?'"
"It's so out of character for Greyson," she added in a confessional. "It, like, shook me on so many levels that it makes me wonder, is something else going on? Because it's just not who he is."

Later in the episode, Jennifer and Ryan spoke directly with Greyson about the incident to figure out a plan to pay for the ticket.
"We need to come up with a plan," she told him. "Like, there's not enough In-N-Out you can work to make up this."
