Comedian Ate Gay clarified that he is not yet cancer-free but he is now “feeling stronger than before” as he continues undergoing treatment.
Ate Gay, whose real name is Gil Aducal Morales, made the clarification in a Facebook post on Sunday, July 12, as he corrected reports claiming that he had already beaten cancer.
“Di pa po ako cancer free… nagsa-CyberKnife pa po ako at immunotherapy… but malakas na ako at nagkakalaman na ang aking pangangatawan,” he wrote in the caption of a news art card that incorrectly declared he was cancer-free.
