
LUCENA CITY – An unidentified man, believed to be a “salvage victim” or someone killed via summary execution, was found in Nasugbu, Batangas, on Sunday night.
According to a spot report from the Police Regional Office in Region 4A (Calabarzon), the victim was discovered at around 9 p.m. by a motorcycle rider in Barangay Natipuan, who immediately alerted the authorities.

The police report states that the victim’s hands were tied behind his back with plastic cables, while his feet were also bound. His eyes and mouth were sealed with yellow packaging tape, and a black cloth had been wrapped over his eyes.

The man was wearing a black sweatshirt, fatigue pants, and black Nike rubber shoes.
Investigators found no identification card or personal belongings at the scene that could help establish the victim’s identity.
The police report did not indicate whether the victim had sustained gunshot wounds or any other visible injuries.
