LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms will affect the Visayas on Tuesday, July 14, the state weather bureau reported.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the expected conditions were due to Localized Thunderstorms, or brief weather disturbances caused by daytime heating.
Cebu, in particular, will experience temperatures ranging from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius today.
The Visayas can also expect light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas throughout the day.

Pagasa said Josie was less likely to affect local weather and sea conditions directly.
The tropical cyclone might also exit PAR by tonight or tomorrow morning, the bureau added.
Josie may weaken into a tropical depression within the next 12 hours and possibly into a low pressure area by tomorrow due to unfavorable environmental conditions.
