Watch: New Footage Shows Swieqi Tourists Making Offensive Gestures At Residents

A video has emerged from the chaotic scenes that unfolded on Cannataci Road in Swieqi, appearing to show a group of people making offensive gestures towards residents from a nearby apartment block.

In the clip, several people can be seen looking up towards nearby residences while repeatedly making obscene hand gestures.

The footage comes after twelve foreign nationals were fined a combined €2,000 for throwing bottles and other objects from a balcony in Swieqi also.

Videos of the incident quickly spread online, showing bottles being hurled onto the street below as residents watched from their apartments.
