Funeral Of DJ Ryan Spiteri To Be Held This Saturday In Żabbar

The funeral of Maltese DJ Ryan Spiteri will be held this Saturday, as family, friends and members of Malta’s entertainment industry gather to pay their final respects.

The funeral Mass will take place at 8:30am at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Graces in Żabbar.

Spiteri, 47, died earlier this week. Police have since confirmed that he and 41-year-old Jessica Camilleri died from accidental carbon monoxide poisoning after they were found unconscious inside a car in a garage in Marsaskala.

His death sparked an outpouring of tributes from fellow DJs, musicians, friends and fans, many of whom remembered him for his passion for music, infectious energy and lasting contribution to Malta’s nightlife and entertainment scene.

Saturday’s funeral will offer loved ones, colleagues and friends the opportunity to bid Ryan Spiteri a final farewell. Those attending are asked to wear light colours, as a sign of love, respect and remembrance.
