Charles&Ron’s Story Is Coming To TV In New Maltese Drama Il-Ħajjata

A new Maltese drama series telling the story of fashion designers Charles&Ron is on its way, and the production team has started building anticipation with another teaser.

Produced by Watermelon Media for GO TOKIS, Il-Ħajjata is a 10-episode drama series inspired by the extraordinary journey of Charles and Ron Van Maarschalkerweerd Borg, charting their rise from Malta to the international fashion world.

In its latest social media post, the production shared a throwback photo of Charles while teasing the actor chosen to portray him.

“Finding who to play Charles Borg was not hard. Charming smile, intelligent eyes… a bundle of joy. We had the perfect match with extraordinary acting skills… he’ll win you over… wait and see,” the post read.

The teaser is the latest glimpse into the highly anticipated series, with more reveals expected ahead of its release.
