Free MRT-3 rides on Independence Day; 7a.m.- 9a.m., 5p.m.-7p.m.

MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3) management will grant free rides on a limited period on Independence Day on Friday, June 12.
