Vivamax actress Mica Nicdao went viral on social media after her vehicle was towed by operatives of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) over a parking violation. The incident was documented in a video uploaded by Gabriel Go, head of the MMDA Special Operations Group-Strike Force, showing agency personnel towing Nicdao’s yellow vehicle after it was parked on a sidewalk. “Ibahin niyo ko!
