3 arrested in Cebu City drug den raid; alleged maintainer escapes

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Three individuals were arrested while the alleged operator of a drug den managed to escape during a buy-bust operation conducted in Barangay Sambag II, Cebu City, on Monday, June 15.
