MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Third Division said on Thursday that it needs another 30 days to release its resolution on the bail petition filed by former Sen. Bong Revilla and his co-accused in their malversation case.
The Third Division missed its self-imposed July 5 deadline to rule on the petitions.
The court notified the parties that it needed another extension to finalize its resolution, after already granting itself an extra 30 days last June 5.

Revilla and his co-accused face graft cases in the anti-graft Fourth Division over the same project.
