Legendary bodybuilder Mike O’Hearn was left emotional during a visit to Malta after spotting a framed poster of one of his iconic 1997 ab workouts still hanging on the wall at Free Gyms.

The heartwarming moment was shared by Bulletproof, with gym owner Bertu explaining that the poster has been proudly displayed since the late ’90s.

According to the post, O’Hearn was stunned that an old-school gym from a small island in the Mediterranean had kept his image on its walls for nearly three decades.

The encounter quickly turned into an emotional moment, with O’Hearn taking in the nostalgia and the lasting impact he has had on generations of fitness enthusiasts.
