Baterbonia-Adili drowning probe: Ex-Ateneo players seen at CIDG

MANILA, Philippines — Several former players of the Ateneo de Manila University men’s basketball team were seen at the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Camp Crame, Quezon City on Tuesday, June 16, amid the ongoing investigation of the fatal drownings of Blue Eagles players Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili. Among the players seen entering the CIDG were Anton Asistio, Mike Nieto, Geo Chiu, Kyle Ong, Tyler Tio, Lars Fjelvang, Dom Escobar, Kymani Ladi and Josh Lazaro.
